Ms. Witter represents companies in intellectual property, business and
entertainment cases, including cases involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair
competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and business torts. Her present clients include Stamps.com
Inc., Web.com, Inc., and other companies and individuals in a variety of different fields and industries.
Ms. Witter is a 2006 graduate of Emory University School of Law, where
she received the Dean’s Award for Intellectual Property Licensing. Ms. Witter interned with Georgia Lawyers for the
Arts and the General Counsel’s Office of the Atlanta Hawks and the Atlanta Thrashers, as well as with the Cobb County
District Attorney’s Office, while in law school.
