Mr. Crunk represents companies in intellectual property litigation, including cases involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition.  His past and present clients include MIT, Electronics for Imaging, Inc., Web.com, Inc., and Tofasco of America, Inc.  His past and present cases involve technologies ranging from power controllers for fluorescent backlights in LCD displays to computer systems to software used to design ASICs to mechanical devices. Mr. Crunk is a 2000 graduate of the University of Southern California Law School, where he was admitted to the Order of the Coif.  Mr. Crunk is admitted to practice law in California, before both federal and state courts, as well before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
